Purpose
Respond to requests submitted through the contact form, answer inquiries and prepare proposals requested by the individual.
Legal basis
Taking steps at the request of the individual prior to entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For messages unrelated to pre-contractual requests, the appropriate legal basis must be reviewed before launch.
Personal data collected
Name, email address, company if supplied and the message submitted.
Recipients
Messages are sent through the configured email provider (external SMTP or Microsoft). The chosen provider and any international data transfers must be confirmed before publication.
Retention
An actual retention period or criterion still needs to be defined and documented. Messages should not be kept indefinitely without justification.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority.
Cookies
The current site does not use analytics, advertising or non-essential tracking technologies. External links do not load third-party content until opened. If non-essential technologies are added, applicable consent requirements will be reviewed.
